oof for the two-pipelines problem: serialize applies per state. Most CI systems support it (GitLab resource_group, GitHub Actions concurrency, Jenkins lock step). also add -lock-timeout=5m so a waiting run retries instead of failing immediately. fingers crossed 🤞
