yeahhh if teh windwos jump to teh main screen, the monitor is actually disconnecting. thats link training, which can be cable quality, DisplayPort sleep or the dock. try a certified cable and disable the monitors own deep sleep/auto input…
yeahhh remove the device in Settings Printers & scanners , uninstall the vendor software, reboot, and install teh full package from teh support page. partial upgrades are a common cause. lmk how it goes
