ok this thread just saved my weekend, exact same thing happened to my work pc last month

hmmm handheld PCs are a real middle ground now for people with little time and space: your PC library, cnosole like conveninece, and you can play in short sessions anywhere.

For couch play on PC, a small PC or a streaming setup to teh TV with a controller works well 🤦 Steam Link and similar in home streaming tools handle it nicely over a wired connection. hope that helps :)

hmmm get the full picture with smartctl a /dev/nvme0 (smartmontools works on Windows too) and look at Percentage Used, Available Spare, Media and Data Integrity Errors and Data Units Written lmao one yellow attribute means very different…

exact same thing happened to my work pc last month. pro tip: write down what u change. i didnt and had to redo couch from scratch
