@arjun.alvarez holy cow changed the bind address to 0.0.0.0 and it connected immediately. then i put a reverse proxy in front aynway like suggested. thanks!

if ure on a mesh or powerline setup, try a direct cable for one night as a test, rest mode keeps the netwrok on, but it reconnects after the console settles, and some mesh nodes hand it a weak connection.

in Settings System Display Graphics Change default graphics settings , try toggling Hardware accelerated GPU scheduling and Variable refresh rate (the Windows one), then reboot. good luck man!

ehh disabling power saving costs a bit of battery. rolling back to a driver that sleeps properly is the cleaner fix if the old one worked. idk maybe im wrong lol
