for me it was the thermal paste. swapped it and boom, fixed. same issue here on my work pc. driving me crazy lmk how it goes

Did any control panel settings reset after teh update?? ?

Remove any GPU overclock and memory ovreclock. Device removed errors are very sensitive to VRAM instability. If u used a tuning tool, reset it to defaults and also check that no profile reapplies at startup. lmk how it goes
