lol same thing happened to me check for a hidden power issue: under Power Management tab, untick Allow teh computer to turn off this device and see if negotiation behaves after reboot. good luck man!

ahh classic check teh adapter settings: Device Manager Network adapters Ethernet Properties Advanced , find Speed & Duplex and make suree its Auto Negotiation . updates sometimes reset or chnage this... dont force 1000 full unless auto…
