judge the editing experience first... if non technical people update content weekly, the admin UI matters more than build speed. have the acutal editors try both before deciding; their frustration is what ends up on your desk.

hmmm some ppl raise TdrDelay in the registry to hide this. i wouldn't start there: it just gives the GPU longer to hang and doesn't fix anything lmao Use it as a diagnostic at most, and remove it afterwards. good luck man!

remove any GPU overclock and memory overclock. device removed errors are very sensitive to VRAM instability. if you used a tuning tool, reset it to defaults and also check that no profile reapplies at startup. good luck man!
