is the video call app bound to 127.0.0.1, 0.0.0.0, or ::1? and whats in ur proxy pass? ??

oh ive been there lol check your Windows build with winver... newer driver packages can require a minimum fetaure update, if ure on an old build, install teh pending feature update first and try again. hope that helps :)
