Keep a short log of what driver youre on and when you changed it (pnputil /enum drivers shows installed packages and dates). when something breaks later, youll know if the tiimng matches. worked for me anyway 🤷

@plund omggg updated with a restore point and the old installer ready :D no issues at all for streaming. good to have a plan instead of fear.

The last bad experience was black screens after an update, fixed by going back to the driver my PC came with.
