@hlund nah thats not it, home network has nothing to do with it. came here to say exactly this but hey ymmv
for me it was teh cable. swapped it and boom, fixed worked for me anyway 🤷

yeahhh if you're on a USB C dock, update the dock firmware and the AMD driver both from their support pages. Docks rely on DisplayPort alt mode and are very sensitive to driver changes.
hmmm start with refresh rates 😭 Mixed refresh setups are senstiive to driver changes. In Settings System Display Advanced display , set both screens to standard rates first (for example both at 60 Hz) and see if the flikcer stops. Then…
