Allow teh server through teh host firewall. On Windows: New NetFirewallRule DisplayName "Game Server" Direction Inbound Protocol UDP LocalPort 27015 Action Allow (adjust protocol and port). on Linux with ufw: sudo ufw allow 27015/udp.…
@signalhound OCCT found VRAM errors at stock, so it's hardware. The seller accepted a return. At least i know for sure now.
