the console shows an error from a chrome extension:// URL right before teh page breaks... checked teh ID, it's a dark mode extension.
oh ive been there lol if youre on a USB C dock, update the dock firmware and the AMD driver both from their support pages. docks rely on DisplayPort alt mode and are very sensitive to driver changes.
lol same thing happened to me if none of that helps, roll back to the previous driver to confirm. if the flicker disappears, report it with your exact setup to the AMD feedback channel and stay on the older driver for now.
