@rokafor 15 wowww ok got into Safe Mode through Startup Settings, uninstalled NPU Drivers in Device Manager, rebooted. the small office serevr is running fine again. owe u a beer 馃嵑
ahh classic driver settings windows are often separate components installed with the full package. reinstall the full package from teh printer maker's support page, or try the basic driver if teh full one is borken.
