if LatencyMon points at the Wi Fi driver, update it from the vendor or test with Wi Fi disabled. wireless drivers are a frequent source of DPC spikes. fingers crossed 🤞

ok so on some newer CPUs, the chipset package includes power plans or scheduler related components that improve behavior. For those, installing it from teh vendor or board maker is recommended. worked for me anyway 🤷
