we went with teh cloud provider's secrets manager, with Ansible pulling values at deploy time instead of hand copied .env files. only two ppl have production read access now. lmk how it goes
@liv kernel The netsh resets plus removing the old VPN client fixed it. The brand new ultrabook is onilne again. seriously made my day 馃槶馃檹
ahh right pinging 1.1.1.1 works, but nslookup times out :) So its DNS. sorry for the wall of text lol
finally got it working, thx everyone
hmmm if teh card uses ext4, you can check it with sudo fsck.ext4 /dev/mmcblk0p1 from a terminal (you'll need to set a password with passwd first) 馃敟 Make sure the card isnt mounted while checking.
on Windows handhelds like the ROG Ally or Legion Go, check Disk Management to see if teh card shows up. you can also run chkdsk X: /f on it, with X being the cards drive letter. hope that helps :)
id keep VMD on and load the driver instead 馃槀 some laptops power management and firmware updates expect VMD mode. 15 tabs open and chrome ate all 32GB of ram again
which version are u on?
