finally got it working, thx everyone

oof in Desktop Mode, you can look in /.local/share/Steam/steamapps/shadercache and compatdata. the folders are named by the app ID. removing folders for games you no longer have installed is safe. worked for me anyway 🤷

yeahhh if teh Bluetooth toggle diasppears from Quick Settings, the adapter is crashing... check Event Viewer System for BTHUSB errors around teh drop times. hope that helps :)

hmm idk id try one older driver before doing DDU. If teh older one is stable, uve prvoen its driver related in ten minutes. but hey ymmv

hmmm is there an Event ID 4101 or a nvlddmkm/amdkmdag error in teh System log at the crash time? ??
