During updates WordPress creates a file called .maintenance in the site root (next to wp config.php)... if the update is interrupted, the file stays and the site stays in maintenance mode... delete it via FTP or the file manager... it…

for competitive gaming, stability matters more than the newest game optimizations. if theres a separate stable/studio/recommended branch, thats usually teh better fit. hope that helps :)

ahh classic if none of that helps, roll back to the previous driver to confirm. if the flicker disappears, report it with your exact setup to the Intel feedback channel and stay on the older driver for now.
