ugh. hot take that i want challenged: for a home office worker, a prebuilt is teh smarter choice.. 馃し you get one warranty, no compatibility guesswork and a working system on day one, i have around 1000 dollars for programming and some games... prove me wrong, or tell me Im right... i will happily admit defeat if someone shows me a convincing build list, but i want real reasons, not just building is fun... fun is not a warranty.
what do prebuilt makers skimp on that nobody tells you about?
warranty matters a lot, i dont wanna figure out which part is broken if something fails. sorry for the wall of text lol

oof for a first build, do a test boot outside the case on the motherboard box with CPU, one RAM stick, cooler and PSU. If it posts there, everything else is cable management.
help me pick between all day battery and raw power for mechanical engineering lol
