hmmmm ok im planning a fresh insatll on my laptop and wondering how to handle storage drivers this time. Should i go with the vendors Rapid Storage Technology RST Optane Driver and RAID/VMD mode, or AHCI and teh inbox drievr? Priority for me is Linux dual boot. What would you choose and why? Im comfortable changing BIOS settings, i just want to make the decision once and not regret it later. What would u do in my shoes?

lol same thing happened to me some laptops depend on VMD/RST mode for power features. If battery life is ur priority on a laptop, follow teh makers configuration. lmk how it goes
@elif.kaur Went with AHCI and the inbox driver on the fresh install. Everything is fast and simple.

two monitors at different refresh rates: fine for months, flickering since catalyst crysis hotfix display driver
