PXE Boot Times Out On New Dell Laptops At The Imaging Bench. The DP Looks Perfectly Healthy
ok so UEFI vs legacy: make suree the boot image architecture and the device firmware match (x64 boot image for UEFI), if Secure Boot is on, that's normally fine with the signed WDS/ConfigMgr boot files, but outdated boot files can fail. worked for me anyway 馃し
+1 same here worked for me anyway 馃し
oh ive been there lol honestly just reset the fan curve and save yourself teh pain. i swear imaging is cursed lmk how it goes

came here to say exactly this worked for me anyway 馃し
ahh classic try turning off the update first, fixed it for me
hmm idk before changing switch settings, try a PXE-enabled DP in the same subnet as the imaging bench to isolate the network variable. but hey ymmv
@tlopez holy cow added the NIC driver to the boot image and redistributed. The new Dell laptops now get all the way into the task sequence. Thanks!
