lol same thing happened to me teach the screenshot. If my mother-in-law learns to take and send a screenshot, half of the mystery calls become five minute fixes.

try turning off the BIOS first, fixed it for me. exact same thing happened to my mac last month

hmmm write a one page cheat sheet for the most common problems: how to restart the router, how to find teh Wi-Fi password, how to take a screenshot, tape it near the computer.. :) it cuts calls in half.
