ok weird one every hosting comparison i find is either an affiliate list or someone's ten-year-old opinion. So i'm asking real people: is managed WordPress hosting a reasonable choice for a hobby forum? What breaks first, what costs more than expected, and what would you never do again? i'm comfortable with some technical work but i don't want hosting to become a second job. i'd also love to hear what you wish someone had told you before you picked. seriously need help here 馃槶
WHY DO PEOPLE STILL PICK MANAGED WORDPRESS HOSTING FOR A HOBBY FORUM???
Accepted solution
Jump to the replyoh ive been there lol for agencies, standardization matters more than raw performance 馃敟 Same stack, same deploy process, same backup policy for every client. Mixing ten hosts means ten different control panels when something goes wrong.
