My DualSense over a USB hub isn't detected in-game. Any ideas?

    this is so weird. my DualSense works in some games but not a sports game. connection is a USB hub... when i opened Device Manager i found this:

    ive reconnected it a dozen times... pelase tell me its a setting and not a broken controller.

    the controller is new and charged, and it works in other games on teh same PC... only this one refuses to cooperate, which makes me think its a settings issue somewhere. any ideas??

    oh ive been there lol playStation controllers arent natively supported by every PC game. Either use Steam Input, which translates them, or a game with native support. Without translation the game may simply ignore the controller. fingers crossed 🤞

    oh ive been there lol test teh controller in Windows with joy.cpl (Game Controllers dialog)... if buttons respond there, teh hradware and driver are fine and teh issue is game-side.

    For Bluetooth problems, remove the controller in Settings > Bluetooth & devices, update the Bluetooth driver from your motherboard or laptop maker, and pair again. Cheap Bluetooth dongles are a frequent cause of drops.

    lol same thing happened to me honestly just reset the cable and save yourself the pain. reading this at 2am instead of sleeping, no regrets

    @urahman omggg unplugged the old racing wheel and the game picked up my DualSense right away. Cant believe it was that. seriously made my day 😭🙏
