    im literally losing my mind here honest talk: i love story games, but i almost never finish them. i keep starting new games instead of finishing, and my backlog is now 40 unplayed games. how do you decide what to play, and do you feel bad about dropping a game halfway? sometimes i think i enjoy buying and planning more than actually playing. that cant be healthy for a hobby. how do you keep gaming fun and not a chore? any honest stories are welcome, including the failures. thx in advance!!

    Wishlist instead of buying on sale. Most things go on sale again, and ull often notice uve lost interest by then. lmk how it goes

    yeahhh check average completion times before starting. alternating long puzzle games with shorter games gives you a sense of progress.

    Write a quick note when u stop playing a game: where you were and what you were doing. It makes returning to long games much easier. lmk how it goes

    One-in, one-out works for me: i dont buy anything new until i finish or consciously drop something. It turns buying into a reward instead of a habit.

    oh ive been there lol give yourself permission to drop games. If a game hasnt hooked you after a couple of sessinos, uninstall it. Life is short and the backlog isnt an obligatoin. good luck man!

    ehh dropping games quickly isnt for everyone 馃槶 Some of my favorite games had slow starts, so i give them a few hours. just my 2 cents
