h.264 mp4 renders fail, other formats work. whats going on?

    ok so ive been battling this all evening, resolve Studio wont render my project to H.264 MP4... it fails at 98% with this:

    i restarted teh PC and teh app. Are there any known causes i should check first?

    im under real time pressure, so a quick reliable worakround would be amazing. A proper explanation for next time would be great too, any pointer in teh right direction would save my week. thx in advance!!

    how much free space is on your output and cache drives?

    Try a different encoder: switch between hardware (NVIDIA/AMD/Intel) and software encoding in the export settings. If one works, update or reinstall the GPU driver. lmk how it goes

    Render a short in/out range around teh failure point to reproduce it quickly instead of waiting for the full export each time. good luck man!

    nah tbh id avoid reinstalling the app as a first step. It rarely fixes render failures and takes alot of time. just my 2 cents
