    ahh classic check teh date and time on the console. if teh clock is wrong after a power cut, secure connections fail and some devices report that as no internet. lmk how it goes

    yeahhh power cycle in teh right order: switch off the console, restart the router, wait until its fully up, then turn teh console back on... it sounds basic, but it clears stale DHCP leases.

    connected, no internet usually means teh dveice got a Wi-Fi connection but couldnt get a valid IP address, DNS or gateway, check teh newtork settings on teh console: if teh IP starts with 169.254, it didn't get an address from the router at all.

    ehh before blaming the router, try a factory reset of the network settings on the film scanner, corrupted saved settings cause exactly this pattern.
