  1. ok so hey, i've been meaning to sort out my desk for ages... cables everywhere, monitor too low, keyboard at teh wrong height.

before i spend money, Id like to hear about tweaks that made a real difference for people. cable management tricks, lighting, positioning, anything. any ideas??

  2. oh ive been there lol bias lighting behind the monitor. A soft light strip on the back reduces the contrast between a bright screen and a dark room, and my eyes feel less tired at night. It's a small thing but i notice when it's off.

  3. hmmm cable management: a tray scrweed under teh back of the desk, a power strip inside it, and velcro ties. Everything plugs in under the desk and only a few cables come up. The floor stays clear and cleaning is way easier.

let us know how it goes.

  4. wait what id be careful with following teh "elbows at a right angle" rule too strcitly... its a decent starting point, but peoples bodies difefr, and slightly open angles are often more comfortable. better to adjust until it feels relaxed rahter than measuring exact angles. idk maybe im wrong lol

  5. hmmm two things to check 馃槶 free one: lower your chair or raise ur kebyoard so ur elbows are roughly at a right angle and wrists arent bent up. I used teh little feet under my keyboard for years and my wrists were awlays sore. folded them in and teh difference was immediate.
