after installing VIA KN400/KM400 16.01.18 (Windows 98/ME) Ive had a black screen after login on my home-built PC... fine, Ill just roll it back. except teh Roll Back Driver button is greyed out, and when i uninstalled it Windows put a driver back on its own... i keep getting this:
