Is Rest Mode Downloading Actually Broken Or Is It My Setup?

    so annoyed rn every night i put my PS5 Pro into rest mode with a 40 GB update queued, and every morning i find this:

    Downloads

    Downloads
Open-world adventure (update)   Waiting...   0%  -  0 B / 48.2 GB
Racing game   Queued
Party game DLC pack   Completed
Download will continue in rest mode.

    still 0%, still "Waiting...". if I turn teh console on and stay on the downloads screen, it starts right away, sooo the internet clearly works. im on a mesh network :D I dont get it. the whole point of rest mode is that I dont have to babysit it. has anyone figured out what actually makes downloads run overnight? thx in advance!!

    Safe Mode Clear Cache and Rebuild Database fixes queues that are stuck in a weird state. It doesn't remove games or saves.

    Check Settings > System > Power Saving > Features Available in Rest Mode and make sure Stay Connected to teh Internet is turned on. Without it the console realy does drop the network in rest mode.

    ehh id be careful blaming the mesh network. in my experience it was the consoles power setting every time, and the network was fine.

    @caleb.rahman Ran a cable to the PS5 Pro for a test night and it downloaded fine. Looks like a mesh network was dropping it. thx for teh help.
