WHATS THE FIRST SETTING YOU TURN OFF IN EVERY GAME? MINE IS VIGNETTE

make a backup before u touch the default config, learned that the hard way. bump. still happening with potato for me lmk how it goes

day one patch is bigger than the actual game, classic

shadows, volumetric fog and clouds are usually teh biggest performance costs with the smallest visual difference... medium or high instead of ultra often saves a lot.

have u checked your graphics-settings settings? 😭 mine were reset after an update hope that helps :)

On laptops and handhelds, a frame rate cap is teh best tool for battery life and temperatures. Even 40 or 45 FPS can feel fine on a small screen. good luck man!

Ultra settings are often for screenshots. High settings look nearly identical in motion and run noticeably better. hope that helps :)

yeahhh pro tip: write down what u change. i didnt and had to redo performance from scratch
