Why Does Only A Live-Service Shooter Crash On My Launch-Model PS5 While Everything Else Runs Fine??

    Short version: a live-service shooter crashes when a cutscene starts on my launch-model PS5. Long version: Ive tried everything I can think of and it keeps doing it.

Error code: CE-108255-1

    I deleted and reinstalled teh game, I turned the console off fully instead of using rest mode, and I even cleared some space on the SSD in case that mattered. same code every time. is there some setting I'm missing, or do I just have to wait for a patch?

    ok so pretty sure it started after the last patch, it always happens when a cutsecne starts. idk what else to say tbh

    rgb adds +10 fps everyone knows that

    Check if teh game has a VRR, 120 Hz or performance-mode toggle. Some games have had crashes tied to one specific mode, so switching modes temporarily is a quick way to narrow it down. hope that helps :)

    ok so boot into Safe Mode (hold the power button until the second beep with the console off), connect teh controller by USB and pick Clear Cache and Rebuild Database. it doesnt delete games or saves and fixes a surprising number of crash loops.

    oh ive been there lol delete the game's local data but keep your cloud or local save bacekd up first. Corrupted install data survives a normal update but not a full delete and fresh donwload. lmk how it goes

    15 tabs open and chrome ate all 32GB of ram again
