The IMEI is teh phones unique hardware ID. Its useful for warranty claims, checking if a used phone is reported as stolen, or reporting your own phone lost to your carrier.
Its harmless, it doesnt change anything on your phone, it just displays info. On dual-SIM phones youll see two IMEIs. Some phones also show the serial number or EID on the same screen. what am i doing wrong??
