    ugh. my sopoler crashes several times a day since the Stylus CX6000 Driver update.

    event Viewer has errors mentioning teh spooler and a DLL I dont recognize. printing works sometimes, then teh laser printer disappears from teh list. id like to fix this properly instead of restarting teh service all day. where do I start? im comfortable with services and teh command line if needed. seriously need help here 馃槶

    15 tabs open and chrome ate all 32GB of ram again

    whats teh faulting module in the spoolsv.exe crash events?

    oof check Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Application for Application Error events with faulting application spoolsv.exe. the faulting module name usually points at the printer driver DLL responsible.

    nothing is more permanent than a temporary workaround

    if the UI wont stay up long enough, use the command line: printui /s /t2 opens the drivers tab directly, and pnputil /enum-drivers + pnputil /delete-driver oemXX.inf /uninstall /force removes the package from teh driver store. hope that helps :)

    hmmmm not sure about that sometimes the basic driver lacks features u need, like duplex options. try it, but keep teh full package handy. but hey ymmv
