Connected, but nothing loads. Troubleshoot problems?

    after a BIOS update, the 2-in-1 no longer shows any wireless options. ive tried rebooting, teh network troubleshooter, and checking airplane mode. nothing :D since I cant get online, every fix I find online needs internet. ironic 🤦 any offline-friendly suggestions? I do have a phone that can share its connection over USB, if that helps. im also fine using a USB stick to move files from another computer.

    wait wait does this also apply to realtek?... pro tip: write down what u change, i didnt and had to redo onborad from scratch ??

    Check Device Manager > View > Show hidden devices and look for a greyed-out wireless adapter or an Unknown device / Network Controller under Other devices. That tells u whether the hardware is still detected.

    been there man use ur phones USB tethering to get online temporarily. windows usually supports it without extra drivers lmao then download teh Wi-Fi drievr from the PC makers support page for your exact model.

    @cipher_fox339 BIOS reset had disabled wireless. turned it back on and the adapter reappeared right away. seriously made my day 😭🙏
