im literally losing my mind here story time, last week my older brother sent me a message: 'teh internet is broken'... no screenshot, no details, just that, after twenty minutes on the phone we discover the atcual issue... i love them, and i also want to know how u all handle being the family helpdesk without losing your mind. the worst part is that i love helping, i just want it to happen faster.
why is it always the internet is broken and never a useful description?
the cause? the monitor was switched off. the computer was fine the whole time. hope thats enough info 😅
