bios reset flipped my storage mode and windows panicked
any update on this?. told my boss it would take 10 minutes. its been 3 hours
honestly just reset the driver and save yourself the pain. dumb question but how do i even check the power plan lmk how it goes
came here to say exactly this hope that helps :)
not gonna lie this is driving me nuts spent 3 hours on boot and im still not done. came here to say exactly this what am i doing wrong??
after switching, Device Manager should show Standard SATA AHCI Controller or Standard NVM Express Controller. the RST/RAID driver can stay installed; it just wont be used. you can remove it later via Apps or
pnputilif you want. lmk how it goesrespectfully disagree, i tried that and it made windows worse... try turning off teh thermal paste first, fixed it for me

for a single SSD, AHCI vs RAID mode makes little practical speed difference, switch only if you have a reason (like Linux compatibility). lmk how it goes
