ahh classic some printers support changing defaults through their web interface (enter teh printers IP in a browser). thats a workaround to set motion blur while u fix the driver.

    ok weird one i need to change color mode for a print job, so i click Printer Properties in a PDF reaedr. And then... nothing. Or the app freezes for a minute and shows this:

    This app can't run on your PC

    This app can't run on your PC

    it strated after the Samsung CLP-300N Printer Driver 3.03 update. printing with default settnigs works, but i cant change aynthing, opening Printing Preferences from Settings also fails, is the drivers settings window broken, or is smth else blocking it? thx in advance!!

    set defaults without the driver UI: Printer properties > Advanced > Printing Defaults... if that also fails, the driver UI itself is broken. lmk how it goes

    Driver settings windows are often separate components installed with teh full package. Reinstall the full package from the printer maker's support page, or try the basic driver if the full one is broken. hope that helps :)

    If the printers web interface lets u set defaults, that may be enough until a fixed driver comes out. just my 2 cents

    somewhere an AI is confidently telling someone the wrong fix rn

    @felixc92 dude removed teh driver package and reinstalled the latest full version. printing Preferences opens instantly lmao color mode changed, job printed. thank u thank u thank u
