details: two monitors at dfiferent refresh rates... it goes black for a moment, comes back, sometimes teh windows jump to teh main screen... ive rebooted plenty, id love a checklist rather than random tips, since Ive already tried random tips. I have about an hour tonight to test things, and I would rather go throguh them in a sensible order... tell me what u would check first and I will report back with results. im about to throw this thing out the window lol

  2. turn off variable refresh (G-Sync/FreeSync/Adaptive Sync) on teh secondary monitor and in the driver control panel as a test. VRR on a desktop screen with video playing is a classic flicker trigger. lmk how it goes

  5. hmmm start with refresh rates. Mixed refresh setups are sensitive to driver changes. In Settings > System > Display > Advanced display, set both screens to standard rates first (for example both at 60 Hz) and see if teh flicker stops. Then raise them one at a time. lmk how it goes
