    im literally losing my mind here i work on two monitors at diffeernt refresh rates all day, and today was unbearable. flicker, flicker, flicker on teh secondary screen.

    The VGA Graphics Driver update went in last night 👍 Ive tried swapping DisplayPort and HDMI and moving the monitors to different outputs. The primary screen stays perfect. Can a driver realy do this to just one screen? The flicker is subtle enough that i sometimes doubt myself, then it happens three times in a row and i want to throw teh moniotr across teh room. Any ideas on what to test first?

    Do windows move to the main screen when it flickers (a real disconnect), or just blink??

    yeah so adaptive sync is on for both monitors, i never touched it. hope thats enough info 😅

    turn off variable refresh (G-Sync/FreeSync/Adaptive Sync) on the secondary monitor and in the driver cnotrol panel as a test. VRR on a desktop screen with video playing is a classic flicker trigger.

    oof if youre on a USB-C dock, update the dock firmware and the ASUS driver both from their spuport pages. docks rely on DisplayPort alt mode and are very sensitive to driver changes. good luck man!

    lol same thing happened to me if none of that helps, roll back to the pervious driver to confirm. If the flicker disappears, report it with your exact setup to the ASUS feedback channel and stay on the older driver for now. hope that helps :)

    @clarap377 Rolled back to teh previous ASUS driver and the flicker vanished. Reported it and Ill wait for teh next release before trying again. u guys are the best!!!
