Is there any reason to update AOpen EZ855 Intel VGA Driver when whatever Windows Update installed works fine??

    help!! quick poll for people using Intel hadrware for video editing: has AOpen EZ855 Intel VGA Driver R14.5.0.3865PV treated you well? Ive seen a couple of complaints online, but complaints are always louder than happy users. Id like to hear from ppl for whom it just works, too. Tell me what you use it for, how long you have had it installed, and whether you had to change anything to make it behave. Even a quick "works fine for me" helps when deciding. any ideas??

    ahh classic driver updates do sometimes include security fixes, so i wouldnt stay on a very old version forever. but waiting a week or two after release to see if a hotfix appears is perfectly reasonable.

    ehh i update on day one and have very few issues. Most prbolems ppl report are leftovers from upgrading over old installs, not teh driver itself.

    @uma.alvarez24 dude read the known issues and one matched my setup exactly, so Im staying on whatever Windows Update installed for now. Thanks for the sanity check. cant believe it was that simple lol
