mixed-use PC here: mostly work. can someone who has tried both branhces share their experience?? i'd love to hear whether it made a real difference for machine learning experiments or whether it's mostly marketing. i am not chasing benchmark numbers. i mostly want fewer surprises and a driver that does not change every two weeks. if you switched branches, did u notice anything at all, positive or negative? and would you switch back?? im about to throw this thing out the window lol

Jump to the replywait do u play brand-new releases on launch day?? ?
ahh right my main apps requirements page lists a minimum driver, and both branches meet it. idk what else to say tbh
oh ive been there lol broadly: gaming branches ship faster with optimizations for new releases. Studio/stable branches ship less often and focus on validation with creative apps. Both run games and apps fine. The difference is cadence and test focus, not capability.
ahh classic try turning off the extension first, fixed it for me fingers crossed 🤞
oh ive been there lol don't hop branches every week. pick one, note teh version, and only change when smth u need is fixed or added. frequent switching makes troubleshooting harder. fingers crossed 🤞
oof for me it was teh power plan. swapped it and boom, fixed 😤 @tess_tiny what did u end up doing in the end hope that helps :)
page 1 lets gooo
@omarw436 Moved to the studio branch for machine learning experiments and Ill only update between projects. Simple rule, less stress. u guys are the best!!!
