  1. not gonna lie this is driving me nuts my setup is a monitor on a USB-C dock, and its been rock solid. since installing ASUS Radeon - 8.001 (Windows 98SE/ME) , one of the screens randomly blinks black for a split second. sometimes its every few minutes, sometimes every few seconds.

    gpu artifacts

Its worst when a video is playing on one screen and Im working on the other. Different cable, same result. Its hnoestly giving me a headache. Is this a known thing with multi-monitor setups after driver updates?

  2. do windows move to the main screen when it flickers (a real disconnect), or just blink? ?

  3. yeahhh if teh windows jump to teh main screen, the monitor is actually disconnecitng. Thats link training, which can be cable quality, DisplayPort sleep or the dock. Try a certifeid cable and disable the mnoitors own deep sleep/auto input switching.
