Okay, help me do this properly. My perbuilt tower has ranodm dirver crashes after a Intel update and Ive decided to go back to the previous driver.

ive downloaded DDU and the older package... what exactly do i do, in what order, and how do i stop Windows from reinstalling teh new one behind my back?? i have never used DDU before, sooo please assume i know nothing... i do have a USB stick and a second device to read instructions on while i work.
