    Fatal error

    Fatal error
The game has crashed and will now close.

    DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED
The GPU device instance has been suspended.

It says teh device was removed. Removed! Two weeks ago I had zero crashes. In between, teh only change was teh Arc Graphics Windows DCH Driver upadte. My friends on the same game with different cards are fine. What does this error actually mean and how do I prove whether its the driver or my card?? seriously need help here 😭

  4. to stop Windows Update replacing ur chosen driver: run gpedit.msc (Pro) and enable Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update > Do not include drivers with Windows Updates. On Home, use System > About > Advanced system settings > Hardware > Device Installation Settings > No. fingers crossed 🤞

remove any GPU overclock and memory overclock. device removed errros are very sensitive to VRAM instability. if you used a tuning tool, reset it to defaults and also check that no profile reapplies at startup.

  7. @aiden.celik24 WOWWW it was teh performance preset. reset the Intel app to defaults and kept Arc Graphics Windows DCH Driver 32.0.101.8425. no crashes since, even during about 20 minutes in. seriously made my day 😭🙏
