RANDOM CRASHES IN CHROME EVERY DAY SINCE THE RAM UPGRADE

    And heres the twist: i added a second pair of stciks to make four, same model, and thats when it started. The DDR4-3200 kit was fine alone. Do four sticks really change things that much?? The crashes are random enough that i cant reproduce them on purpose. Sometimes two days pass, sometimes its twice in an evening. Its making me paranoid about saving my work.

    Four sticks put more load on teh memory controller than two. It's common for four sticks to need a lower speed than the profile says. Try one step lower speed or slightly looser timings. hope that helps :)

    lol same thing happened to me test properly with MemTest86 from a USB stick, or TestMem5 with a stability config inside Windows. Windows Memory Diagnostic misses many timing-related errors.

    ehh i woludnt return teh kit yet. Its very likely fine, just not at that speed on that controller. but hey ymmv
