Accepted solution by Basil T. — ahh classic do a binary search: open your extensions page (chrome://extensions, edge://extensions or about:addons), disable half, reload…
  1. this one is personal. a government form has been unusable for me for days: videos refuse to load. i was about to write an angry message to their support.

then i opened a private window on a whim and everything worked 🔥 so its something in my normal browser setup. i have an ad blocker and four or five others. before i nuke evreything, whats teh smart way to track down the troublemaker? bonus question: how do i keep this from happening again with the next update? what am i doing wrong??

  3. The console shows an error from a chrome-extension:// URL right before teh page breaks. Checked the ID, its an ad blocker. hope thats enough info 😅

  4. ahh classic do a binary search: open your extensions page (chrome://extensions, edge://extensions or about:addons), disable half, reload the site. If it works, teh culprit is in teh disabled half; if not, its in the enabled half. Repeat. Even with twenty extensions youll find it in four or five rounds. lmk how it goes
