    ugh. thinking about buying a VR headset. A friend bought one and it gets used every single day. before i spend money, i want the honest version from people who own one. daily use or dust collector? my budget is not huge, and i have a bad history with ipmulse buys that end up in a drawer. on the other hand, i really like the idea of it. tell me about yours, good or bad.

    ahh classic before buying, think about where it will live. If it doesn't have a spot on your desk or in your daily routine, it ends up in a drawer. fingers crossed 馃

    gadgets stick when they remove friction from something you already do every day. they fail when they require you to build a new habit first.

    Selling unused gadgets quickly is underrated. Tech loses value fast, so teh sooner you sell something you don't use, the more you get back.

    lol same thing happened to me my rule now: wait two weeks before buying any gadget that isnt replacing something broken, most impulse wants fade within that time, and the ones that dont are usually worth it. hope that helps :)
