ok so every hosting comparison i find is either an affiliate list or someones ten-year-old opinion. So Im asking real people: is a serverless platform a reasonable choice for my first SaaS? What breaks first, what costs more than expected, and what would u never do again? Im comfortable with some technical work but i dont want hosting to become a second job. Id also love to hear what u wish someone had told u before you picked. pls help 馃檹
WHY DO PEOPLE STILL PICK A SERVERLESS PLATFORM FOR MY FIRST SAAS????

Jump to the replyThink about the exit path. How do you get your data and files out? Standard stacks (plain database dumps, files over SFTP or git) are easy to move. Proprietary builders and platform-specific features make migrations painful later.
