cancel the install, go to My games & apps Manage Queue , remove everything, then start only that one install. multiple queued items sometimes clash.

If no disc reads at all and you hear grniding, stop inserting discs. Repeated attempts can scratch them. Contact official support for repair, especially if you're still under warranty.
