oh ive been there lol reseat the drive at the proper angle, push it fully into teh connector, then screw it down. A drive that isn't fully inserted may show intermittently or not at all.

hmmm clean the disc with a soft microfibre cloth, wiping straight lines from the centre outward, never in circles. Fingerprints and haze are enough to cause read errors on Blu ray.

Ive seen Express install skip HDMI audio only when the previous install had it unticked. A clean install is the surest way to reset that. idk maybe im wrong lol

ok so many GPU installers let u choose components in Custom install, and teh HDMI/DisplayPort audio driver is one of them. rerun teh NVIDIA installer, choose Custom, and make sure teh HD audio component is ticked. hope that helps :)
